You don’t want to feel like you're performing. You want something real. Something honest.
I’m a lover of surfing, nature, vintage Dior, and slow afternoons that turn into long sunsets. My car is never quite as clean as I’d like—always carrying a little sand from the beach, fur from my pups Hendrix and Jasper, and crumpled receipts from wherever I’ve been traveling, probably a local camera shop.
While words don’t always come easily, photographing people has always felt like second nature.
I started shooting weddings while I was still a student at Art Center, and have now spent over 15 years documenting them—quietly observing, learning, and refining the way I see. What began as instinct has become something deeper: a sensitivity to light, to timing, and to the subtle relationships between people.
I’m drawn to the way love expands outward—the quiet connection between two people, and then the circles that form around them: family, friends, the people who have shaped their lives. These moments are fleeting, but they carry a kind of emotional weight that stays with you.
To me, photography is less about capturing how something looked, and more about preserving how it felt—something you can return to, again and again, over time.
When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll likely find me surfing, eating pizza at Fluid State, laughing with Justin, or sipping mochas at Prospect. I’m endlessly inspired by fashion, art, and the inner world—drawn to the work of Hedi Slimane, Hilma af Klint, and the language of dreams and depth psychology.
That’s why I approach photography differently. I’m not looking to direct every moment or turn your day into something it’s not.
I pay attention.
I create space.
Every shoot, something real emerges—something that already exists, but just needs the right kind of attention to be seen.
The result is something that feels both natural and refined—images that carry a quiet, editorial quality without losing what’s real.
Images that tell their own story, the story of you.
